Green Crested Lizard (Bronchocela cristatella)
Green Crested Lizard (Bronchocela cristatella)
Spotted it cause of movement from it dropping down to lower branches while I was looking at the Asian Glossy Starlings! An arboreal reptile native to Singapore and endemic to Southeast Asia.
It is less common now due to competition from the introduced Changeable Lizard (Calotes vesicolor). Though after briefly reading the source below, I'm not sure if the reason for being less common is due to "competition from the introduced Changeable Lizard" - of which the reason needs to be backed by evidence showing cause and effect? Much confused, no answers
